We conserve in our essence the character of the peasant, who blesses the touch of the warm clay when sinking his hands into the earth. With the modernization of the winery in the early 21st century, we incorporated the technology which allows us to comply with rigorous quality control, but the smell of the earth prevents us from receding from the shadowed bed of the vines and the light radiated during the flowering period. This is the strength of the family legacy.
The reminder of the inherited knowledge helps us recognize if the new buds will give a good harvest or how to trim the vines so that the flavours are concentrated in the berries. Time has helped us to preserve the old vines and use new techniques to improve the work performance and obtain wines full of nuances.
