Rosario Vera Amona

The Tempranillo grape clusters from small vineyard plots planted in limestone-clay soils were manually harvested and fermented in small stainless steel tanks. Some of these grapes were subjected to the traditional production standards of carbonic maceration, very common in the Rioja Alavesa.
